I work in a Primary school in Canterbury, during recent rains we had water pouring through the roof onto the electrics (not good with young children about!) Maurice and his colleagues carried out urgent fascia and gutter repair to my house in response to a significant leak. They completed it to an excellent standard and were very tidy. In addition, Maurice re sealed some sections of my roof as an extra precaution to prevent future leaking. They were easy to work with and I fully recommend their services.

I had guttering missing on the second floor. No ladder access. I thought I was going to have to pay over £500 for scaffolding. Sent them a message, they came over the next morning and sorted out my guttering in 10 minutes. Fantastic.

Superb job!!
Horrible old leaking concrete gutter was removed and then new fascias and gutters fitted. A new conservatory roof as part of the work as well.
• An overwhelming “can do” attitude from Maurice and his team throughout the job.
• All done for the original fixed price quote as promised by Maurice – this really is what a good quality local business should be like.
• Did over and above what was agreed – even replacing two big timbers that had rotted at no additional cost (materials plus at least an extra man days work)
• Talked through any problems which arose, then went ahead and solved them once we had agreed what to do.
• Maurice, Colin and Gerald were happy to deal with any queries I raised as they worked.
• Maurice asked me to do a walk-round review/satisfaction check with him at the end of each day.
• Attention to detail second to none.
Just to give some perspective to my review this was the last job we needed to be done having fully refurbished our 1950’s bungalow we bought a year ago. In the last 12 months, we have had a full re-wire, complete strip back and replacement of the plumbing with a new boiler, walls removed, new fitted kitchen and full redecoration. I have been as thorough as I can be when appointing contractors and they have all done a good job. So based on all that experience I am still happy to say

Having put out a request for a roof repair, I got a few roofing companies being reasonable and speculating when they could be free. Maurice and his team were able to squeeze me into a job in the location and came promptly, quoted and then were able to fix it within the hour. In this circumstance, other companies had given me times/dates within the week they could look, so this was better for me. Great work, quickly done, professional attitude and cleaned up after.

Cast iron gutter repair/replacement. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful team did an excellent job from quote to completion.
Kept me informed at all times, completed on time despite complications. No noise, no mess. Will use Roofline Roof Restoration again for any roof repairs.

Roofline proved to be efficient and reliable. Our damaged drainpipe was replaced and old, worn out brackets and gutters examined and replaced if necessary. It was a thorough makeover to the guttering of an elderly property and we would recommend Roofline to anyone with roof related problems.

Have had Maurice & Team in twice now. First was full replacement of Soffits, Fascias & Guttering and the work was first class. With my loft finally weathertight, I was able to tackle some other jobs including a bathroom extractor fan. I had Maurice & team back to route the outlet through a vented roof tile they supplied and fitted. Again first class work. Very happy with the improvements to my home and would happily have them in for future work or recommend. Thanks.

I couldn’t recommend Maurice and his team at Roofline enough. Despite my job only being a small gutter repair, Maurice still treated me as a valued customer.
